All of our products are non refundable.

 

You can exchange an item however if you would like a different size or colour. The item must be in original condition with all labels intact. You can either exchange your item in person (Monday classes only) or by sending back to us. We do not cover your return postage. 

 

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once you have placed your order you will receive confirmation by email. You will receive a second email once your order has been shipped.

 

UK Shipping only: (international shipping is available but you must email info@stepandflexfitness.co.uk before placing your order.)

 

Next day: £5 (after processing time)

 

Standard (2-3 working days) £3.50

 

Standard shipping is FREE on all orders over £60.

 

You can also collect your order free of charge in class (Wednesday night’s only).

 

In your shipping confirmation email there will be a tracking number for you so you can keep an eye on your order.

All Step & Flex clothing should be washed and ironed inside out. Make sure you follow washing instructions on the label.
