​Finally a way to get fit whilst having fun and exercise in disguise! A total workout for everybody and every body, combining all elements of fitness – cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility, boosted energy and a serious dose of awesome each time you leave class. No previous experience necessary just turn up and give it a try!
Tone & Stretch
A challenging toning class that covers all areas of the body and will leave you feeling toned and strong. One week we focus more on upper body and the next it’s lower body. We always work on our abs! Then we finish off with a lovely stretch, which is the perfect way to round off the class. So if you want to improve your strength and flexibility then this is the class for you.
Werk it!
​Think legs bums n tums but with great tunes and a Twerky vibe! This 60 minute class requires all the determination and attitude you have. It is tough but it is a whole lot of fun.
You will be put through your paces with varying exercises to work all of your muscles to get that endorphin fix you deserve!
Stretch & Relax
Are you feeling a bit achey after a week of exercising? Then this class is perfect for you. We can forget how important it is to have a good stretch when we are exercising frequently. We can also forget how important it is to RELAX and switch off from the world. Especially at the moment! This class will start with a gentle warm up to loosen our muscles. I'll then lead you through a series of stretches to relieve any aches and pains. We will then finish with a lovely long relaxation where you can switch off and have some time for you. If you have an exercise mat make sure you have that ready. If not then a blanket/towel/cushion is fine. Make sure you are in warm clothing and feel free to have candles or incense burning for the ultimate relaxation experience.
