International Shipping
International shipping is available but you must email info@stepandflexfitness.co.uk before placing your order.
How do I check the status of my order?​
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 4 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@stepandflexfitness.co.uk with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Returns and Exchanges Policy:

All of our products are non refundable.
You can exchange an item however if you would like a different size or colour. The item must be in original condition with all labels intact. You can either exchange your item in person (Monday classes only) or by sending back to us. We do not cover your return postage.
